I've had a stressful week, half good and half not. The good part is I've started to lose weight! I'm waking up and going to bed earlier!
I track what I eat with a calorie counter and the accountability has really helps. Almost 5lbs since last week!
I have had less stress at home or maybe I'm ignoring it more. Classes and work stress me so very much but I'm working on it.
I still haven't gone running or to the gym. I've had a slight flare this week that I haven't been motivated enough to work through.
